This International Action Art Festival took place at the YouYou Contemporary Art Centre in the days from 11/28 to 12/02 2012 and presented 27 artists from 17 countrys.
Before and during these days there had been performance
video screenings in the You You Gallery, a two day workshop and lectures at the Academy of Fine Arts Guangzhou.
For me, it was my first stay in China and it was a great pleasure to be there. Working and being with such good artists and such an amazing audience, at a wonderfull place, as the Gallery in Xiaozhou Cun is. On 11/29 I did BEING PRESENT and on 12/02, during the Open Situation, SPEECH TO THE PEOPLE. It was great luck to have this conditions and environs and I thank everybody how made that all happen.
